1. What these Productions are
The Master Grow Class is a professional educational seminar. Stories from the Stash is a live comedy production. Together they are presented, marketed and staged as educational and entertainment events only, in every territory in which they appear. They should be viewed, reviewed, classified and licensed on that basis.
2. What these Productions are not
The Productions do not glorify, promote or encourage drug use. They do not sell, supply, distribute, prescribe, dispense or facilitate access to cannabis or any controlled substance, in any territory, including territories where cannabis is otherwise lawful. Nothing is consumed on stage or in any venue. The Productions do not provide legal, medical or professional advice, and no statement made on stage, in class materials, in recordings or on this website should be relied upon as such.
3. Educational scope
Class content addresses cultivation science, quality standards, compliance frameworks and medicinal application at a generalised, educational level, with particular relevance to carers, designated growers and licensed entities who already hold lawful authority to cultivate for patients. The content is jurisdiction-neutral: it does not instruct any attendee on how to act within (or around) the specific laws of any country, and it is expressly not directed at persons without lawful authority to cultivate.
4. Compliance in every territory
Each event is staged under the laws of its host territory and the terms of its venue licence, with any territory-specific conditions (content classifications, advertising restrictions, merchandise limitations) implemented in full. Where the law of a territory requires modification of any element of the Productions, that element is modified or withdrawn for that territory.
5. Your responsibility
The laws governing cannabis cultivation, possession and use differ fundamentally between — and within — countries, and change frequently. It is your sole responsibility to know and comply with the law that applies to you. If you are unsure of your legal position, seek advice from a qualified legal professional in your jurisdiction before acting on anything you learn. Attendance at, or viewing of, the Productions does not authorise any activity.
6. Responsible engagement
We support responsible, lawful, patient-centred engagement with cannabis medicine and its culture. If you or someone you care for is affected by problematic substance use, support is available from your national health service and local support organisations.
