1. Admission
All events are strictly 18+ (or the higher legal age of majority in the event territory). Valid government-issued photo ID is required. Entry may be refused, without refund, for failure to produce ID, intoxication, possession of prohibited items, or breach of venue rules. Possession or consumption of cannabis or any controlled substance at a venue is prohibited in every territory and will result in removal without refund.
2. Purchases, refunds and exchanges
All sales are final except as required by applicable consumer law. Tickets are refunded in full if an event is cancelled and not rescheduled. If an event is rescheduled or moved due to force majeure or production requirements, tickets remain valid for the new date at no additional cost, or may be refunded on request within 14 days of the announcement. Tickets are transferable until scanned; resale above face value is prohibited and voids the ticket.
3. Programme changes
Line-ups, guest comedians, class content, featured partners and running times may change without notice. A change of supporting programme is not grounds for a refund provided the headline class or show proceeds.
4. Filming and photography
Events are filmed and photographed for archive, promotional and on-demand release purposes. By attending you consent to appearing incidentally in such material. Personal recording of the class or show is not permitted.
