2. What we collect and why
- Ticketing data (name, email, billing details, ticket type): to fulfil your purchase and admit you to the event — legal basis: contract.
- Marketing data (email, city, preferences): to send tour announcements, presales and partner offers — legal basis: your explicit opt-in consent, withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link.
- Event data capture (competitions, QR activations, partner promotions at venues): only ever collected with your consent at the point of capture, with the receiving partner named — legal basis: consent.

3. Special note on sensitive inference
We understand that attendance at a cannabis education event could be perceived as revealing sensitive information. We therefore never sell attendee lists, never share identifiable attendee data with any third party without explicit consent, and apply strict minimisation: we collect only what ticketing and consented marketing require.
4. Sharing, retention, transfers and your rights
Data is shared only with the processors needed to run the tour (ticketing platform, email provider, payment processor) under GDPR-compliant agreements. Ticketing records are retained for the period required by tax law; marketing data until you unsubscribe. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, approved safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) apply.
