1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your attendance at any event presented under the names The Master Grow Class and/or Stories from the Stash (together, “the Productions”). By using this website or purchasing a ticket you agree to these Terms, our Ticket Policy, our Privacy Policy and our Legal & Responsible Use statement, each of which is incorporated into these Terms.
2. Nature of the Productions
The Productions are presented strictly as educational and entertainment events — a professional educational seminar and a live comedy production. The Productions are not, and shall not be construed as: a medical, clinical or therapeutic service; legal, medical, horticultural, financial or professional advice; an offer, invitation or facilitation to acquire, cultivate, supply or consume cannabis or any controlled substance; or an endorsement of any activity that is unlawful in any jurisdiction. Content is generalised and educational in nature and is not directed at, or tailored to, the laws of any individual attendee’s jurisdiction.
3. Attendee responsibility and compliance with law
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your attendance, and any use you make of information presented, complies with all laws, regulations, licences, registrations and authorisations applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence and in the jurisdiction of the event. The Company makes no representation that attendance at, or the content of, any event is appropriate or lawful for any particular attendee. Nothing presented grants, implies or substitutes for any licence, registration or legal authority of any kind.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: (a) the Company excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost, claim, prosecution, penalty or regulatory action arising from any use or misuse of information presented at any event or on this website; (b) the Company’s total aggregate liability to any ticket holder arising out of or in connection with an event shall not exceed the face value of the ticket purchased; and (c) the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
5. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or regulation in connection with your attendance; or (c) any unlawful act undertaken by you in reliance on, or following exposure to, any content of the Productions.
6. Intellectual property
All show content, formats, names, logos, artwork, recordings, class materials and merchandise designs are the property of the Company and/or its licensors. No recording, transmission or reproduction of any event or class material is permitted without prior written consent.
7. Changes, severability and governing law
The Company may update these Terms at any time; the version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable in a given jurisdiction, that provision is severed for that jurisdiction and the remainder continues in full force. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, save that mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected where they apply.
8. Customer accounts, sign-ups and personal information
When you create an account, register for updates, purchase a ticket or product, submit an enquiry, enter a competition, request information or otherwise interact with this website, you may provide personal information to us.
The information collected may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery details, transaction information, event preferences, communication preferences, account details, enquiry history, website activity and any other information you voluntarily provide.
9. How we may use your information
We may collect, use, store and otherwise process your personal information where reasonably necessary to:
- create and administer your website account;

- respond to enquiries and provide customer support;
- administer competitions, promotions, waiting lists and ticket alerts;

- send marketing communications where you have provided valid consent or where another lawful basis and applicable electronic-marketing exception permits us to do so.
We will process personal information only where we have an appropriate legal basis, which may include performance of a contract with you, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests or your consent, depending on the purpose and circumstances.
10. Marketing communications
Where required by law, promotional emails, text messages or similar electronic marketing communications will only be sent after you have actively chosen to receive them. Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions does not, by itself, require you to agree to marketing.
You may withdraw your marketing consent or unsubscribe at any time by:
- selecting the unsubscribe option contained in a marketing communication;
- updating your communication preferences, where available; or
- contacting us using the details set out in our Privacy Policy.
Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn. We may retain limited information, such as your email address and unsubscribe status, on a suppression list where reasonably necessary to ensure that we respect your request and do not send further marketing communications.
11. Retention of personal information
We may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to:
- administer an active account or customer relationship;
- fulfil bookings, purchases and contractual obligations;
- provide support and resolve enquiries;
- comply with tax, accounting, legal, regulatory and insurance requirements;
- prevent fraud and protect website and transaction security;
- manage disputes, complaints, refunds and chargebacks; and
- establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the purpose for which it is held, the nature of our relationship with you and any applicable legal requirement. When personal information is no longer required, we may securely delete it, anonymise it or place it beyond active operational use, subject to any lawful archival, backup, compliance or dispute-related requirements. Backup copies may remain for a limited period within secure systems until they are overwritten or deleted in accordance with our normal data-retention procedures.
12. Sharing personal information
We may share relevant personal information with carefully selected third parties where reasonably necessary to operate the website, provide services or fulfil transactions. These may include:
- ticketing providers;
- payment processors;
- merchandise and fulfilment providers;
- venues, promoters and authorised event partners;
- website hosting, analytics and information-technology providers;
- customer relationship and email communication platforms;
- professional advisers, insurers, auditors and accountants;

- regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies or public authorities where required or permitted by law; and
- a purchaser, investor, successor or professional adviser in connection with a proposed or completed sale, restructuring, merger or transfer of all or part of our business.
Third parties may process information only for authorised purposes and subject to appropriate contractual, confidentiality and data-protection safeguards where required. We do not sell personal information to third-party advertisers.
13. International transfers
Some service providers may process personal information outside Ireland or the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism and safeguards as required under applicable data-protection law. Further information is provided in our Privacy Policy.
14. Security and customer responsibility
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss, destruction or misuse. However, no website, electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted through the internet.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate and current information;
- keeping account passwords and access credentials confidential;
- using a secure device and internet connection;
- notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised access; and
- not providing sensitive personal information unless specifically requested and reasonably necessary.
15. Your data-protection rights
Subject to applicable law and any relevant exceptions, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:
- request access to your information;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of information;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive certain information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
- make a complaint to the relevant data-protection authority.
Requests may be subject to reasonable identity-verification procedures. We may retain information where continued retention is required or permitted by law, including for contractual, taxation, fraud-prevention or legal-claims purposes.
16. Privacy Policy
Further information about how we collect, use, share, protect and retain personal information is contained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the website or providing personal information, you acknowledge that you have been given the opportunity to read the Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable data-protection or consumer law.
